United States Postal Service at 29441 John R Road, Madison Heights, Michigan.

Waiting for package to be delivered, sitting on the porch watching the delivery guy park in front of my house, make his rounds around the block. Delivers my neighbors mail, walks back to truck and leaves. Look at the status on their website and says my package was delivered. Ummmmm no it definitely wasn't, I was literally sitting there watching. Then try to call USPS and guess what, a damn automated system with no human interaction. What kind of damn system so they run! A bunch of useless individuals work there. Can't wait to hear the excuses I'm gonna get when I go to the office in the morning!
