My fiance and I stopped in last night 10 mins till close. I felt awful being those customers but, after almost 12 hours of making coffee drinks for a bunch of real estate people at cobo, the staff of 4 was absolutely amazing. Even after dealing with the rough customer ahead of us, they were kind. We assured them that we were fine and to take their time. As someone who's worked in the food service in a busy retail environment, I know how those last minute, 5 min to close customers can be. When I paid for our meal, I left them a decent tip and thanked them for there service. The young lady at the register said how appreciative they were for it. I had a wonderful day and they continued the good vibe, so I was just passing it on. This was my first time visiting this location, we live in Pontiac and would definetly drive to this location for the wonderful customer service.

The Scholar came in today for a cheese steak sub. Came out with happiness instead. I asked the staff to sing happy birthday to me since I didnt have time to celebrate my birthday properly this year.

They happily obliged and elevated my mood. Very happy. Appreciate you all for the positivity. Not to mention the sub was on BANG!
